“Master?! Can we PLEASE take a break?” the green eyed SIR asked with a pile of shopping bags in his arms.

The Irken sighed.

“Fine. Just for a little bit,” she said sitting down at a nearby bench.

“Thank you!” he said sitting next to her and putting the bags on the ground, “I still don’t understand why you need so much stuff,” he said.

“It all looks cute!” she said with a smile, “Just like you do!” she said hugging him.

Theo rolled his eyes.

“What does that word mean!?” he asked.

“What? Cute?” she asked before thinking, “Whatever makes you smile when you look at it,” she said with a smile after a bit.

“So when I get in trouble I’m not cute?” he said with a goofy grin.

Tallulah rolled her eyes.

“When you get in trouble you’re annoying,” she said with a small glare.

Theo rolled his eyes this time. Tallulah looked around and then smiled.

“I’m uh…gonna go talk to someone,” she said turning a bit red.

“You mean flirt with a boy? Fine…but please don’t be over an hour,” he said in a small whiny voice.

“Ok! I won’t!” Tallulah said getting off the bench and running off towards the boy.

Theo sighed and looked around as he mumbled, “Why must I have such a strange master?”

Just then another Irken walked up with a smile on her face.

“Hello there!” she said with a smile.

“Hi,” Theo mumbled.

“You’re a cute SIR! You know that?!” she said with a smile.

Theo rolled his eyes.

“Yea I’ve heard it before,” he said.

“Hey Mina! Come see this cute little SIR!” the Irken said shouting to another Irken.

Mina came over with a smile on her face.

“Hello there little SIR! Aren’t you just the cutest thing!?” she said with a wide smile.

“AIN’T HE?!” the other girl said hugging Theo.

Theo grunted. The Irken was hugging him too hard.

“Master!” Theo called out as he looked over at Tallulah.

Tallulah was still talking to the boy and didn’t look over at him. The first girl pulled Theo over to another group of girls.

“Hey guys! Look what Mina and I found!” the Irken said happily.

“LEMME GO! LEMME GO! LEMME GO!” Theo shouted trying to get out of her grip.

“Awwwwwwwwwww! He’s so cute!” said another Irken.

“Yes he is!” said another.

Just then Theo was surrounded by Irkens, mostly female but the occasional boyfriend that was hanging around with them had their head pop up to see Theo. Theo continued to struggle out of the grips of the Irkens. The only things he could hear were his metallic heartbeat and the word “cute” over and over again. After what felt like forever he finally got out of the pack of girls and ran over to Tallulah.

“Master!” he shouted running over to her and hiding behind her.

“What is wrong with you Theo?!” Tallulah asked angry that he interrupted her talk with the boy.

Theo couldn’t answer. He didn’t know how some guys liked being surrounded by girls. It was creepy and he had a horrible smell stuck in his nose, which felt like something from perfume. The boy sighed.

“Well I better leave you and you cute little friend to talk,” the boy said rolling his eyes and sounding sarcastic with how he said cute.

Theo felt his insides change into his duty mode form.

“WHAT DID YOU SAY PUNK?!” Theo shouted pointing a bazooka out at the boy.

The boy’s eyes went wide and he took a couple steps back.

“What? What did I do?” he asked.

“NEVER SAY THAT WORD EVER AGAIN!” Theo shouted.

“What? Cute?” the boy asked.

Theo growled and the boy took a couple more steps away.

“I’ll uh…see you later,” the boy said before turning to run off and yelling out, “YO BOBBY! WAIT UP!”

Tallulah gave a sad face as she watched the boy run off before glaring at Theo.

“What did you do that for?!” she asked angrily.

Theo hugged her and shivered after putting the bazooka away and turning back to his normal form.

“You are never leaving me alone again to talk to a boy,” he said.

Tallulah gave a confused look, but sighed and hugged him back anyway.

“Fine. Let’s go. I have more shopping to do anyway,” she said sounding a bit upset still.

Theo nodded, grabbed the shopping bags, and followed his master to the next store. Every time he heard the word “cute” he would get the urge to hurt someone.
